The National Committee Website Receives the MarCom Creative Gold Finalist Award

The National Committee is honored to be selected as a 2004 MarCom Creative Award gold finalist for our website.

The Mission of the MarCom Creative Awards is to honor excellence and recognize the creativity and hard work of marketing and communications professionals. The MarCom Creative Awards gives winners the opportunity to show that their work is highly regarded within the creative industry. Winning a MarCom Creative Award gives recognition to the creative talent, firms, departments and/or clients that collaborate on outstanding marketing and communications projects.

The National Committee Website Receives the Bronze Award for Best Senior-Related Website

The World Wide Web Mature Media Awards is a program that recognizes the best senior-related Web sites for consumers and professionals. The program is held twice a year — spring/summer and fall/winter — with the goal of providing a "seal of quality" for electronic older adult information. Gold, Silver, Bronze and Merit awards are presented to honorees.

The National Committee Website Receives a Webby Worthy Recognition Award for Standard of Excellence

As a result of the exceptional quality of submissions this year, for the first time ever, the 9th Annual Webby Awards is recognizing sites, and the teams behind them, that demonstrate a standard of excellence. Although these sites were not chosen as Nominees, being selected as Webby Worthy is a significant achievement.

Of the more than 4,000 entries submitted to the 9th Annual Webby Awards, fewer than 20% were deemed Webby Worthy. This honor signifies an outstanding caliber of work.
