Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Sociology, Public Policy, or relevant field (advanced degree preferred) and two years of professional experience in a related position required; strong writing skills are essential; substantive knowledge of Social Security program is required. Certification, Licensing and Skills: Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the field of research is required.
